Mike Spears, Manager of Architecture and Middleware, PepsiAmericas (bio)
Dain Hansen, Director of Product Marketing, BEA Systems (bio)
How is PepsiAmericas able to guzzle market share and go head-to-head in one of the most competitive consumer markets? The answer: think strategically, implement tactically. The company has taken this strategy to heart by arming its sales and distribution teams with real-time information about what customers want. That’s the edge that keeps sales from going flat.
To better understand the complexity and scale of an enormous customer base, the company needed to consolidate data from a complex set of data sources and multiple CRM applications. That data then had to be converted into useful information that could be re-used by multiple distribution sites, channel, and sales and marketing teams. And since old data quickly loses it fizzle, the data needs to be the right quality and delivered on-the-spot in real-time.
As PepsiAmericas can attest, customers’ tastes can change on a moments notice. Can you keep up to meet those demands? In this webinar, your see how using ESB and Data Integration together can pay off to deliver that agility you need.
