The level and intensity of competition in today’s business environment makes “Survivor” look like a kindergarten sandbox.
In the real business world the spoils go to companies that are serious about adaptability. Companies that grab opportunity by making quick, smart decisions. Companies that understand that quick, smart decisions need accurate, timely information.
Others face the challenge of information that is too little, too late. But there is a sure path to enlightenment.
The Synapse Group, a leading provider of customer management and acquisition services to magazine publishers, overcame that challenge with an Information-as-a-Service (IaaS) strategy that helped to deliver real business value from its SOA, reducing the costs and complexities of customer support and service and improving customer care.
