Featured Speaker Bios:

Dick Brooks joined ISO New England as Principal Systems Architect in October, 2004 and is responsible for ISO New England's Enterprise Architecture. He was the Project Director for the ISO/RTO Enterprise Architecture Standardization Project from its inception in 2006 until March 2007. He has been actively involved in the development of several industry standards, including: SOAP 1.1, ebXML, EDIINT-AS2, RFC 1767, NAESB EDM and is currently co-chairing the NAESB etariff technical task force to create an electronic filing standard for the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC).

Paul MacKay has over 30 years of software industry experience encompassing technical, executive management, sales, and marketing with both established and start-up companies. Paul graduated from the University of British Columbia, Canada with a degree in Computer Science and began his career working in the IBM ASDD Lab in Toronto, Canada. Prior to joining AptSoft, Paul was the President and CEO of Attunity. Prior to Attunity, Paul held the position of President and COO at Netcentric, a provider of Internet-based fax transmission technology. Prior to Netcentric, Paul held the position of Senior VP Sales at Powersoft, provider of the market-leading client server product, Powerbuilder. Prior to Powersoft, Paul held the position of VP Sales at AICorp. From 1982 through 1987 Paul ran Cullinet Software's Canadian subsidiary.
