Charles B. Harding is the director of personal lines underwriting at Germania Insurance Companies. He manages underwriting and processing for both farm and personal lines of business. Mr. Harding is also the project owner for Germania's automated underwriting strategic initiative. He has more than 30 years of experience in property/casualty insurance and product development. Mr. Harding began his career as a personal lines underwriter for Transamerica Insurance Group and has served as the vice president of underwriting for alternative distribution for TIG Insurance Companies. He earned his bachelor of science degree in management from St. Joseph's University. Mr. Harding holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Underwriting (AU) designations.
Lee Loftus is the lead BPM Practice Manager for Worldwide Professional Services at BEA Systems’ Business Interactive Division. He has worked with BEA since May of 2006 and has consulted in the areas of business application development and business process improvement for the last 16 years. Prior to joining BEA, Lee worked with EDS, General Electric, Texas Instruments Software and Sterling Software among others and has consulted with over 40 companies in the areas of automated application development and business process improvement. Lee is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and is also TOGAF 8 Certified.
