Susan Emery joined the Interwoven Product Management team in 2005 with nine years of experience in software development, and immediately focused on delivery of critical document management, collaboration and business process needs via organic development projects and partner integrations. As Group Manager, Susan oversees the product management of WorkSite MP and WorkSite MP WorkRoute. With a strong background in issues related to globalization, distributed collaboration, enterprise security, and automation, Susan focuses on complete business solutions that reduce enterprise pain points on growth, competition, and compliance.

Interwoven embeds Fujitsu Interstage Business Process Manager within its WorkSite MP WorkRoute offering.

Colin Teubner primarily contributes to Forrester's offerings for the Business Process and Applications professional. He is a leading expert on human-centric business process management and support tools. He researches business process modeling tools, business rules engines, electronic forms, and business intelligence, particularly as these technologies relate to business process management. Prior to the analyst role, Colin was a researcher at Forrester. He conducted research on a broad spectrum of topics related to information management, data management, business intelligence, and collaboration. In particular, he has had involvement with the Forrester Waveª methodology and has extensive experience with Wave reports. Colin has been quoted by leading technology and general news publications, including The Associated Press and Reuters. Colin is a graduate of Tufts University with a B.A. in economics and computer science.

Gordon Burnes is Vice President of Marketing at OpenPages and is responsible for the company's corporate and product marketing initiatives. Burnes also manages the company's partnerships, alliances and corporate development initiatives. Burnes brings to OpenPages 15 years of experience working with high growth companies. Burnes comes to OpenPages from McNamee Lawrence, a boutique investment bank focused on the information technology sector, where for two years he provided strategic financial advisory services to mid-market software companies. Burnes has an MBA from Columbia University and a BA from Harvard University.
