Omri Duek is a Senior Research Analyst for InfoTrends' Dynamic Content Software Strategies group. In this capacity, Mr. Duek is responsible for providing proactive client care and inquiry response, conducting market research, and assisting in the creation of InfoTrends deliverables. Prior to joining InfoTrends, Mr. Duek held marketing and IT positions at Inverness Medical Innovations. There he worked in a cross-functional capacity, performing marketing research and analysis while coordinating sales and marketing collateral flow. Preceding his tenure at Inverness, he was employed by Vertex Pharmaceuticals - where he focused on a proprietary patent database - as well as by a small computer consulting firm.
Randall Dazo is Director of InfoTrends' Network Document Solutions Service (NDS), and Dynamic Content Software Strategies Service (DSS). With nearly two decades of experience, Mr. Dazo leads InfoTrends' continuous information service practice in this area on a global basis. Prior to joining InfoTrends, Mr. Dazo was Senior Manager, Output Solutions for Ricoh Corporation. In this capacity he was responsible for establishing channel requirements and go to market strategies creating leading-edge solutions for the market. Earlier in his career, he held senior sales and marketing positions at Sharp, Net2Phone, Minolta, and Canon.
Mr. Dazo holds a Bachelor's Degree from State University of New York at Stony Brook.
Tom Deutsch serves as Senior Offering Manager for IBM Information Management in the ECM Group. Tom is responsible for IBM FileNet P8 Content Manger product, Portal and User Interface integration, Microsoft SharePoint integration, and interdivisional strategic product planning with Lotus. Tom came to IBM through the FileNet acquisition, where he had responsibility for a broad section of the company's Content Management portfolio.
With more than 15 years in the industry, Deutsch is an expert on both the technical and strategic business concerns facing enterprises today. In his professional past, Deutsch founded two successful startup companies and served at the management level at large end-user organizations.
Deutsch earned a bachelor's degree from Fordham University in New York and an MBA degree from the University of Maryland University College.
