Frank Martinez is a recognized expert in the area of distributed, enterprise application and infrastructure platforms. Mr. Martinez is focused on driving development of scalable service-oriented infrastructure software that integrates business processes and information enterprise-wide. Mr. Martinez's reputation as a technological visionary is demonstrated by his record of bringing innovative and commercially successful software solutions to market. He has had operating roles as a senior executive of several VC-backed firms, and was instrumental in building Intershop Communications into a multi-billion dollar public company in less than three years. Mr. Martinez was recently named an InfoWorld Innovator by InfoWorld magazine and has also been named one of 25 leading IT innovators by CRN.

Barney Sene is corporate vice president and chief technology officer, of Ingram Micro Inc, the world's largest technology distributor. His responsibilities include leading the IT architecture team, and driving system designs and strategies that support the company's business goals. He leads a global organization that supports operations in 39 countries and sales presence in 140 countries.
Sene joined Ingram Micro in July 2005 and brought with him more than 20 years of experience in IT architecture design, systems operations, and application development. Sene was previously vice president and chief technology officer at WellPoint Health Networks Inc. in Thousand Oaks, Calif., where he oversaw enterprise projects which were known for not only taking into account new technologies, but also the human aspect and how the implementations benefited the people who interacted with them.
Prior to his role at WellPoint Health Networks, Sene held a variety of management positions, including chief technology officer, chief security officer and chief architect at General Electric's power systems division. Previous to General Electric, Sene led IT e-commerce systems development at DHL Worldwide Express.
With his entrepreneurial spirit, Sene co-founded Samoa Technologies, Inc., American Samoa's first technology-based satellite, broadcasting and communications company, and Inter Island Airways, Inc., a local regional airline operating in the Samoan Islands in the South Pacific.
Sene received his bachelor's of science degree in computer science and engineering from California State University in Long Beach.

Randy Heffner is a vice president and analyst at Forrester Research, where he writes primarily for Enterprise Architecture professionals. He is a leading expert on architectures and design approaches for building enterprise applications that are secure and resilient in the face of continuous business and technology change. This makes service-oriented architecture (SOA) one of Randy’s primary focus areas. Since enterprise applications need much more than SOA, Randy led the development of Forrester’s Digital Business Architecture, which provides a broad architectural context around SOA. Randy’s research include general application architecture and design issues, overall SOA strategy, SOA platform and infrastructure strategy, core SOA design concepts, Web services architecture and standards, SOA security, SOA and Web services management, as well as continuing analysis of the longer term evolution toward Digital Business Architecture. Randy has over 25 years of IT experience, ranging from big five consulting and telecommunications to retail and litigation support.
