Meeta Gangrade has seven plus year of experience in Architecture, Design, Development (Solution Delivery) and Maintenance cycles of Integration, BPM, J2EE projects across domains. She also has extensive experience in TIBCO Suite of Products, Java, J2EE, CISCO AONS, FileNet, Visual Basic, Pro*C, Unix, Oracle, SQL Server, MS Access, RFID hardware/software etc.
She has expertise in various aspects of Architecture, Design, Integration Consulting, Project Management. She has also been involved in pre-Sales activities like POCs, Proposal Writing, Preparing case-studies and doing requirement mapping. She is skilled in manufacturing domain RFID consulting using CISCO AON and is highly experienced in design and development of Java/J2EE applications.
Meeta graduated with a Bachelors of Engineering from BMS College Bangalore in Electronics and Communication.
Tom Woteki is Director of Customer Solutions in the SONA Program Office at Cisco. He is responsible for helping CiscoÍs customers incorporate and apply the SONA architectural framework into their IT strategies to achieve business results. Tom is responsible for defining, organizing and delivering SONA Workshops that provide an opportunity for Cisco and customers to collaborate on applying the SONA framework.
Professional Experience: Tom has extensive experience in IT strategy and architecture and large-scale systems development and integration. Prior to joining Cisco in 2006, Tom was Vice President, Information Systems Engineering for a division of Northrop Grumman Mission Systems where he managed a portfolio of large-scale systems integration and e-business solutions programs for diverse clients. Before that, he was CIO and Senior Vice-President of the American Red Cross (ARC) responsible for all its enterprise information technology and telecommunications needs. Before joining the ARC, Tom was a Senior Director at Merck & Co., a leading pharmaceutical company, responsible for worldwide IT support to its clinical R&D activities. Prior to Merck, he led the design and development of EDGAR, the electronic filing system for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Earlier in his career Tom launched his own software product company, held a senior technical position in the U.S. Department of Energy and was on the faculties of Princeton University and the University of Texas, San Antonio.
Education: Tom holds a PhD in statistics from Virginia Tech and a B.S. in mathematics.
Jeff Simmon manages the AON ATP Global Partner program. In addition to defining and delivering Partner enablement, Jeff is also involved with the development and delivery of several AON/SONA solutions, development and delivery of training courses, and with the Business Development activities of several marquee Cisco Partners in the AON/SONA space.
Professional Experience:
Jeff has extensive experience in the Database, Business Intelligence and the Application Development sectors of the software industry. As Regional VP of Consulting for MicroStrategy, Jeff grew a team of 30 consultants to over 120, becoming the companyÍs most successful consulting region. GE, one of JeffÍs early customers, was nominated and won the prestigious Information Systems award for a best in class information management system. While @ Sybase as Director of Internet Products, Jeff sucessfully led the field Sales organization to propose new, internet centric products into the firmÍs customer baseƒincreasing sales 300%. As Director of Pre-Sales for Powersoft, Jeff developed and led a team of technology specialists to help customers learn to bridge the gap first to Client-Server computing and then to distributed Object Oriented Design, (a precursor to Service Oriented Architecture)
Education:
Jeff holds an MBA in Information Systems from the Illinois Institute of Technology and an Undergraduate degree in Business and Mathematics.
