Steve McDonald is the Director of Product Marketing at Global 360.
Steve brings a more than a decade of software solution experience and is charged with communicating the value of Global 360Ős portfolio. Additionally, Steve participates in product strategy by monitoring market trends, analyst insights, and customer demand.
Before joining Global 360, Steve held leadership roles in sales and marketing at Vignette and Epicentric. At Vignette, he led of group of Product Specialists who interfaced with the field sales team to successfully take the Vignette Collaboration Suite to market. He also served as a Director of Sales Engineering at both Vignette and Epicentric for the sale of enterprise portal-based solutions into regional and vertical markets. Steve worked with portal customers to design process and content solutions that were exposed through the portal's integrated user interface.
Steve's specialties include process intelligence, collaborative process management, risk and compliance solutions, and web application solutions.
Steve holds a Bachelor's Degree in Politics and Economics from the University of Hartford.
Janelle Hill has more than 20 years of IT experience and is an industry
expert on software infrastructure. She has held both technical and
management roles in software architecture, database development, IT
operations, and product marketing and sales. She is a vice president of
research at Gartner, covering business process management as both a
management discipline and as a technology. Her research agenda focus is
on BPM-enabling technologies, distinguishing business process styles,
and linking business process improvement objectives to overall corporate
performance management goals and strategies. Ms. Hill is also active in
supporting the application integration, application development and Web
services areas of Gartner research. Previously Ms. Hill held positions
at MetaGroup, Vitria, MCI, IBM, Select Magazines and Standard Motor
Products. Ms. Hill has an MBA from NY University/ Stern School of
Business and a BA from Barnard College / Columbia University
