Steve Seese is a Director in Appian's Professional Services Division with over 26 years experience as a leader, manager, technical implementer, and business developer with both product and services companies. He has extensive experience working with both commercial and government clients throughout the sales and implementation phases of information systems development efforts. With significant exposure to high-level client contacts, budget planning and personnel management experience he has leveraged his proven expertise in technical knowledge and relationship skills to deliver successful engagements and satisfied clients.
Prior to joining Appian Mr. Seese managed the global operations for McFadyen Consulting, the leading implementer of ATG based eCommerce and Portal sites. Other prior experience includes managing the Mid-Atlantic & South East regions at Interwoven, assisting the launch of SilverStream, and managing one of the top PowerBuilder system integrators.
Steve has worked with the complete spectrum of clients from small start ups to a who' who of Fortune 1000 companies and US Government agencies including names such as AARP, BB&T, BellSouth, CableVision, DuPont, Deutsche-Bank, Coke, Discovery Channel, Duke Energy, France Telecom, GE, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Lowes, MCI, Nextel, NFL, Phillip Morris, PG&E, Procter & Gamble, Royal Caribbean, Sirius Satellite, Thomson Financial, XM Radio, US Air Force, US Army, US Patent Office, Naval Air Systems Team, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Justice, and the Department of Education.
Mr. Seese has his educational background from The University of Dayton (Electrical Engineering, Computer Science) and University of Maryland College Park (Management Information Systems).
He has also published through McGraw Hill "The Authorized Guide to SilverStream" and presented at conferences such as the ATG Open and Fed-Unix Intra/Inter Net Networking Seminar.
Jim Sinur is the Chief Strategy Officer for Global360 and is responsible for the advancement of Global 360's products in the BPM and Process Intelligence markets. He also leads the company's Best Practices Success initiatives to ensure that Global 360 customers deploy their new solutions more efficiently. In addition, Jim is involved with accelerating acquisitions.
Prior to joining Global 360, Jim Sinur served as a VP and Distinguished Analyst at Gartner Research where he researched topics including BPM, business modeling, business activity monitoring and process intelligence technologies. During his tenure, he was instrumental in the creation of Gartner's first "Hype Cycle" and regularly contributed to the BPM & Rules Magic Quadrant.
From 1988 to 1992, Jim Sinur served as the Director of Worldwide Technologies for American Express. While there, Sinur was responsible for the development of the companyÍs model-driven merchant management system. He was also instrumental in the development of American Express' broader architecture strategy, data and database administration and the company's advanced technologies. Before joining American Express, Sinur spent 18 years at Northwestern Mutual Life, where he was involved in the design and building of business-critical applications in the investment and annuity departments. Additionally, Sinur led the development of the company's Underwriting Workbench.
