Today's information worker relies on a disjointed set of office productivity, content, collaboration, and portal tools. Sometimes it's hard to easily find everything you need. According to the June 2005 Forrester report entitled The Information Workplace Will Redefine The World Of Work - At Last!, "The information workplace (IW) will be much simpler, yet richer than today's tools by incorporating contextual, role-based information from business systems, applications and processes.' If the goal is to provide information workers with the right information in the right place at the right time, then we have a long way to go.
Business Process Management (BPM) is a great solution to this problem. But anyone considering BPM will have a lot of questions. How do you dramatically increase the productivity of information workers participating in enterprise business processes? How do you foster process collaboration to ensure the right decisions are made quickly and accurately? How do you drive adoption across the vast majority of end users without friction or killing the training budget? How do you ensure you are complying with regulations and prove that to the auditors?
For answers to these and other important questions, join us for an informative, interactive one-hour webinar to hear Forrester's vision for the future of the Information Workplace.
Attendees will learn how next-generation BPM will play an important part in the Information Workplace of the future by delivering capabilities through the familiar environment of Microsoft Office. A real-world example of how Lombardi's BPM innovations are helping companies achieve this goal will also be highlighted. Your questions will be answered live during the event.

In the insurance industry, companies have accepted that systems, strategies and data all developed in silos are making it difficult for them to grow and adjust to today’s market demands. The obstacles imposed by siloed approaches are painfully obvious to companies as they try to gain a better understanding of their customers and meet the growing constraints imposed by compliance and regulatory requirements.
