Mr. Gow leads IBM's Global Business Services Data Governance Center of Excellence. For nearly 20 years, he has worked with Fortune 100 companies to understand, design, and operationalize enterprise-scale projects and programs incorporating Data Governance. The practice led by Mr. Gow blends thought leadership with real life implementations including Data Warehousing, Strategic Planning, Business Intelligence, Change Management, and CRM, among other elements, to deploy world-class environments for IBM clients.
Mr. Connolly is the Product Marketing Manager for IBM WebSphere QualityStage and lead for Data Governance and Master Data Integration. Patrick has extensive experience in the successful development, delivery, and marketing of enterprise solutions for ERP, CRM, data warehousing, and information integration. Through this range of experience at organizations including Baan and J.D. Edwards, Patrick understands the critical need for a comprehensive data governance approach to ensure that these solutions are delivering accurate, trusted information upon which organizations can make the right decisions.
Mr. Karel is a Principal Analyst in Forrester's Information Delivery research group. His current research focus includes data architecture, master data management, metadata management, ETL, and EII.
Rob has more than 14 years of data management experience working in both business and IT roles to develop solutions that provide better quality, confidence in, and usability of critical enterprise data. Prior to joining Forrester, he managed Intuit's enterprise data quality initiatives and supported the implementation of Intuit's customer master reference system. Prior to Intuit, Rob managed the design and development of customer master and attribute management solutions for Cisco Systems. Earlier, Rob was research manager for the Global Mergers & Acquisitions product group at Thomson Financial Securities Data (now Thomson Financial Investment Banking).
