BPM: Big in 2012

Today’s companies not only need to do more than ever before—they need to do it all faster, cheaper and with higher ROI. That's undoubtedly why, in two recent surveys, business and IT pros ranked BPM as a top priority this year.

ebizQ Site Editor Anne Stuart reports.

BPM Forum: What is the value of process mining

  • " I think that process mining as a principal concept will be extremely important in the future but rather than following the ideas of data mining, it has to provide a real-time capability."
  • "I have had direct experience in using process mining with real customers and real data...the results are nothing short of amazing."
