An increasing number of organizations are evaluating or deploying Service Oriented Architectures in order to reduce costs and improve business agility. But bridging the divide between theory and practice in complex, real-world environments - is essential in order to deliver truly successful SOA.

This Webcast outlines 'Six Principles' that must be followed in order to deliver the benefits promised by SOA, maximize return on investment, and make the right choices when developing and deploying these solutions.

Attendees of this Webcast will learn the following:
  • Practical steps that can be taken to make adopting SOA as effective and efficient as possible
  • Methods for reducing 'costs of disruption' when adopting new architectural approaches such as SOA
  • Techniques for handling the complex mediation and orchestration challenges within SOA developments
  • Why configuration rather than coding of integration solutions is essential in order to deliver true loose-coupling and hence business agility
  • How the ability to build integration solutions in an incremental manner offers new opportunities for organizations adopting SOA
