The concept behind enterprise integration — enabling real-time information sharing — sounds great, but implementing integration on a strategic enterprise-wide basis involves non-technical issues (governance, funding and control), and poor communication between the business units and the technology teams can derail the best integration plans. What is needed are best practices for championing integration and communicating the benefits to both technical and business audiences. This can take the form of an Integration Competency Center, and an agreed upon methodology for developing the business case and a value assessment to determine the opportunity and benefit potential. During this webinar, a panel of leading industry experts will discuss best practices for establishing Integration Competency Centers and promoting the value of integrations throughout your organization.
