Reed Henry serves as Senior Vice President in charge of business development, strategic alliances, and Americas marketing for SeeBeyond. In these capacities, Mr. Henry is responsible for forming new business relationships with strategic partners, growing SeeBeyond’s globally managed alliance relationships, and devising and executing the Americas marketing strategy including go-to-market tactics and solution marketing activities. Mr. Henry joined SeeBeyond in 2001 and managed Professional Services for the Americas, Worldwide Support and Alliances operations.

Mr. Henry joined SeeBeyond from eBay, where he served as the Vice President of Strategy and New Business, leading corporate strategy, mergers & acquisitions, and new business incubation. Prior to eBay, Mr. Henry was Co-Founder and Vice President of Marketing and Product Management for Vertical Networks, a Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers and Accel Partners venture-backed company founded in 1996. At Vertical Networks, which was a provider of integrated voice/data communications platforms and associated computer telephony applications, Mr. Henry ran all functions outside of engineering until later rounds of venture funding were secured. Mr. Henry brings over 16 years of technology industry experience to SeeBeyond including roles at Oracle Corporation.

Mr. Henry received an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the California Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington.
