James Miller is a Partner in Accenture's Electronics and High-Tech CRM Service Line. With more than 9 years of CRM experience, James has been involved in Accenture's CRM practice since early 1995. During this time, James has focused exclusively on CRM for the high technology industry. James' experience ranges from implementing various CRM packaged applications to developing innovative web-based eCRM solutions for several major high technology companies. Over the past 3 years, James has led a number of Customer Insight and Integrated View of Customer programs including an award winning Customer Master initiative.

Prior to joining Accenture, James earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University. James resides in Danville, CA with his wife and 3 kids.

Michael Curry is the Director of Product Marketing & Strategy for IBM Information Infrastructure. With over twelve years of experience in the software and systems integration industries, his career has focused on implementing large-scale systems within Fortune 500 companies, primarily in the Finance industry. Michael joined IBM through the Ascential acqusition. Prior to Ascential, Michael worked as VP of Products at Java application development software startup Altio, and has held management positions at PFN, Level(3) Communications and Seer Technologies. He is a prominent public speaker in Java and XML technologies, and a frequent contributor to industry articles and publications.
