Gary Dolsen has had a variety of roles at BEA Systems over the last five years, including Team Leader in BEA Engineering, Portal Consulting Practice Manager, a Director of the go-to-market activities for Liquid Data, and currently as a Director of Technical Solutions. He has worked extensively with over 100 customers to make them successful with BEA products in verticals such as Telco, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Retail Sales, Federal Government, and Consulting.

In his 14 years in the software business before coming to BEA, Gary worked as an independent Java Architect/Developer, development team lead for Excite.com, and Senior Architect for a leading U.S. systems integrator.

Nils Gilman manages the market development, positioning, and strategy for BEA WebLogic Portal. Nils joined BEA in 2003 after three years running worldwide product marketing for portal pure-play vendor Plumtree Software. Nils holds a Ph.D., M.A., and B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley.
