Paul McNulty is Vice President of the PegaRULES business. He joined Pegasystems in September 2001 to lead the commercialization of the PegaRULES technology through a combination of sales, marketing, product management, and partner and development activities.

Paul has over twenty years of experience in IT and international marketing, product line development, product management, and sales. Before Pegasystems, he was an executive with Wheelhouse Corporation, an infrastructure company that defines and implements marketing systems for Global 2000 companies. He also managed Lernout & Hauspies’ consumer products division and held a variety of marketing and product management positions at Lotus Development, including vice president of product marketing for Lotus’ communications products.

McNulty holds a BA from Merrimack College and MBA from Babson College.

Beth Caplow, Director of Product Marketing at Pegasystems, has managed the launch and messaging of several products across multiple industries, developed comprehensive pricing strategies, and contributed to the prioritization of product investments and plans. Prior to Pegasystems, Beth worked for Thomson Financial launching services and developing strategic partnerships. Before that, Beth was a management consultant at Corporate Decisions, Inc. (now Mercer Management).Beth holds a Masters of Business degree from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
