Beth Gold-Bernstein Series: Integrating Customer Touch-Points for Improved CRM

Sponsored By:

Software AG

Topic:

Customer integration. Companies have invested millions of dollars to ensure their systems talk to each other. But how do we use integration to talk directly with our customers? This webinar will highlight new approaches to leveraging existing data and systems to interact with customers, deliver better service, increase customer loyalty and decrease operational costs. Unlike a portal, which requires that the customer initiate the interaction, newer customer integration applications enable customized, interactive information to be pushed to customers via multiple channels, including e-mail, cell-phones, pagers, and electronic dashboards. Explore the promise and benefits of customer integration, and the technology to implement it.
