Jeff Albrecht has over thirty one years of experience in the information processing industry. He began his career with IBM repairing printers and office equipment, moved to large systems support where he spent ten years as a Large Systems Engineer, changed his focus to network consulting working as a "LAN Doctor" specializing in network problem determination and network performance problem source identification. He was promoted to management where he spent several years in sales and human resource management positions. Mr Albrecht has spent the last ten years in IBM's Performance Management, Testing and Saleability practice in a sales leadership role. In this role he has built solutions for some of the largest and most successful companies in America to manage the performance, capacity and testing of their IT systems. He completed IBM's consultant certification program specializing in Performance and Capacity Management.
Christophe Telep is Senior Product Manager for automated software quality products at IBM Rational. With over fifteen years' experience in software development and product strategy, he is responsible for identifying and analyzing market and customer requirements and defining products roadmap for solutions focused on enterprise quality management, including SOA testing.
Mike McCarthy is the Vice President of Portfolio Management, IBM Global Technology Services. He is responsible for worldwide business strategy and offering development for IBM Middleware Services. In 21 years with IBM, Mike has held a variety of positions, including Director of Strategy for Tivoli Software, Director of Market Management for TotalStorage Software, Lead Strategist for IBM Retail Store Solutions and Channel Marketing Manager for IBM Networking Software in Asia Pacific. Mike also worked for Medic Computer Systems, a healthcare practice management software company, where he managed marketing programs and consultant relations. Mike earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Michigan State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Duke University.
Jeff Schuster is Senior Product Manager responsible for overall Automated Software Quality product line offering and Requirements Definition and Management. Over 25 years of automated test experience, 20 years with the IBM Rational Implementation. Primary responsibilities include driving the strategic direction of the QM and RDM solutions and mapping that offering into the rest of the IBM solutions, i.e. WebSphere IDE, development tools and runtime, Tivoli brand offerings, etc.
