Making Your Business Agile and Your Network Dynamic
Think about your business network -- the broad network of relationships and interactions that make up your business -- your employees, customers, suppliers, and partners. The factors that are driving a smarter planet are also profoundly affecting your business network. Your customers are demanding ever-increasing levels of personalization, and technology has dramatically lowered their switching costs. If you can't meet their needs, they will quickly take their business to any one of your increasingly sophisticated global competitors. Rapid market shifts force your business partners to change business models, or even go out of business, at a moment's notice. Your bank could become a broker, an insurance company, or it could disappear entirely. And, an increasingly complex regulatory environment is dictating how you transact business throughout your network. In short, whether you're prepared for it or not, you need to take control by building a dynamic business network that works for you.
