Enterprise mash-ups and composite applications: "mash-up" applications grew-up in the consumer market, but now mash-ups are beginning to make an impact on the enterprise by providing a feature-rich user experience and low-cost access to enterprise systems through a Services Oriented Architecture framework.

Enterprise applications like Contact Center Support and Business Intelligence can exploit mash-up capabilities to provide business users with integrated views of previously siloed information, and - unlike consumer mash-ups or enterprise portals - enable read-write access to that content. For mash-ups to become more relevant for business applications, a mash-up "framework" will need to be provided that addresses classic IT concerns of application availability, reliability, user management, information security, standards compliance, and manageability.

Tune into this webinar and learn how mash-ups are evolving to enable business solutions including management dashboards, financial reporting and analysis, manufacturing inventory control, call center agent integration, as well as other applications.

What you will learn:

  • What are enterprise mash-ups?
  • How should IT be thinking about mash-ups to exploit the capabilities?
  • How can mash-ups be done in an IT-compliant fashion?
  • How you can take your investment in enterprise systems to the next level by using mash-ups to break down information silos
  • How to gain real-time visibility into business processes that span multiple enterprise systems in one view
  • How you can use mash-up approaches to reduce business application development costs and time to results for IT projects, and empower line of business managers to direct their own projects
