Meet BEA's Ruma Sanyal

Ruma Sanyal Bio Ruma Sanyal Director Product Marketing, Time and Event Driven Products

Ruma Sanyal As Director of worldwide Product Marketing of WebLogic Time and Event Driven Products which includes WebLogic Event Server, WebLogic Real Time, and BEA’s RFID products, Ms. Sanyal is responsible for product strategy, positioning and messaging, product go to market, and long term product vision.

Prior to joining BEA, Ms. Sanyal was the Senior Director and Head of Product Management for Vitria. In that role, she was responsible for Vitria’s overall product strategy and roadmap and led the product management team.

Ms. Sanyal has held various senior executive roles in product development and business strategy at Oracle, HP, Bain, and CMGI. Ms. Sanyal holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business, an MS in Computer Science, and a BS in Physics.
