IONA and Chariot Solutions Fuse with FUSE

IONA Technologies announced that Chariot Solutions, a technology consulting firm specializing in Java and open source software development, has become a FUSE Partner.

Chariot Solutions, as a FUSE Partner, will resell IONA’s FUSE family of Open Source services and solutions to address customers’ enterprise Open Source requirements.

Chariot's consulting customers will have access to IONA’s services for its FUSE product family, featuring enterprise releases of Apache Open Source projects including ServiceMix, ActiveMQ, CXF and Camel. IONA has been working in the development and deployment of these open source solutions in enterprise environments. IONA's employees have contributed significantly to the Apache Community as project committers and lead developers.

“The FUSE line of products and services is a valuable addition to what Chariot already offers, and we look forward to working with IONA’s open source and professional services teams to bring the advantages of enterprise open source to our customers,” said Don Coleman, director of technology, Chariot Solutions.

As a certified FUSE Partner, Chariot Solutions will continue to implement the flexible, cost effective Open Source technologies like Apache ActiveMQ and Apache ServiceMix, while also now making it easy for their customers to get 24/7 enterprise support via IONA’s FUSE offerings.
