“3Tera is the industry standout in the realm of utility computing. Its AppLogic™ grid operating system, combined with EnterpriseWizard CRM, results in a business process management infrastructure suitable for the demands of the world’s largest corporations, yet the platform’s flexibility and pricing model makes it accessible for any size of customer,” said Colin Earl, chief executive officer of EnterpriseWizard. “This combination is a breakthrough in the CRM field that, in performance and pricing, far outperforms Software as a Service alternatives of limited server capability.”

3Tera’s AppLogic utility computing platform is the first grid operating system that runs and scales existing real-world Web applications on grids of commodity servers. Its ability to move applications from a fraction of a server to hundreds with a single command is unique in the utility computing field. Moreover, 3Tera’s Universal High-Availability architecture means that if any one machine in the grid dies, full service is restored on another machine in the grid in a matter of minutes.

EnterpriseWizard CRM on 3Tera’s AppLogic platform results in remarkably scalable computing solution. The base CRM system can handle over 60,000 tickets per hour and is comfortable with databases containing over 10 million records and can easily accommodate usage and data increases.

The system dynamically scales over the grid to any size and can be provisioned in a matter of minutes. It has also been independently certified for Web security.

“EnterpriseWizard CRM is a perfect example of how Cloud Computing is smartly done,” said Bert Armijo, senior vice president of sales, marketing and product management for 3Tera. “By leveraging the power of utility computing via 3Tera’s AppLogic, EnterpriseWizard is able to offer solutions for the widest range of customers, enabling them to operate flexibly, securely and cost-effectively regardless of their individual needs.”

EnterpriseWizard Grid CRM is available with Version 2.1 of the EnterpriseWizard CRM application. A white paper is available that details the operational and cost advantages of the grid-based solution; to download the paper or to learn more about EnterpriseWizard Grid CRM, visit http://www.enterprisewizard.com/white.htm.
