CodeMesh makes it easy for companies like SolutionsIQ to configure and deploy solutions using different programming languages.

For nearly three decades, SolutionsIQ has provided its customers with a full range of technology services including consulting, outsourced development and technology talent acquisition. A common problem for all software developers is combining applications written in disparate languages. CodeMesh technology makes it possible to take Java programming code and quickly generate .NET bridge components, thereby enabling organizations to combine their products with components written in different languages. For example, SolutionsIQ employed JuggerNET to integrate Sun Java System Access Manager with its ..NET solution to create a single-sign-on solution for a client that is regarded as one of the world leaders in gaming software. SolutionsIQ used CodeMesh to create an elegant solution that handles data access for the millions of people enjoying this company’s games online.

“SolutionsIQ’s Agile development methodology enables us to quickly deliver high quality results for our clients – but interoperability challenges can be an impediment to progress,” said Shakir Hussain-Basheer, software development lead for SolutionsIQ. “Traditionally, developers have been faced with two unattractive options – either create an interoperability program from scratch or be limited to using only those components that share the same programming language. With CodeMesh, however, there are no limits to the solutions we can offer our clients and we are able to save a significant amount of time and money in the development process.”

SolutionsIQ clients include Fortune 500 companies, state governments, high-growth technology companies and K-12 and higher education institutions across the country. SolutionsIQ is a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and its products are often developed in partnership with Microsoft.

“CodeMesh’s interoperability solution allows organizations such as SolutionsIQ to use the best possible technologies in their solutions – and do it in a manner that is fast and secure,” said Alex Krapf, president and co-founder of CodeMesh. “By integrating disparate technologies (Java and .NET) in one process, CodeMesh makes it possible for customers to avoid deployment complexities and security concerns, while at the same time improving performance.”

CodeMesh’s in-process integration technology takes Java programming code and generates .NET bridge components within a single process. By eliminating the need for the external processes or servers required by other forms of integration, CodeMesh’s interoperability solutions are secure and fast, with much less communication overhead. Besides JuggerNET, CodeMesh offers JunC++ion, which provides across-the-board Java to C++ integration, and JMS Courier, which integrates Java Message Service (JMS) and C++ and JMS with .NET.
