Global 360 Releases Insight360 for Process Intelligence

09/11/2007

Global 360, a provider of business process management (BPM) and optimization solutions, today announced significant enhancements to the industry’s first and only business process intelligence solution, Insight360.

ebizQ received the following:

Targeted at human-centric business processes, Insight360 is a unique solution that works in conjunction with an organization’s existing process architecture to provide rich process performance, analytics and modeling across functional silos.

Designed to mitigate risk and reduce BPM implementation barriers, Insight360 enables process teams to analyze and predict the impact of process change initiatives, more accurately link business goals with actual results, govern and improve existing business process performance and ensure accountability across the organization. This not only allows organizations to get it right the first time, but also to discover opportunities for ongoing process improvement.

Release 2.0 includes Insight360 Studio, a process intelligence component that enables work to be analyzed regardless of where or in what system it is performed. Powerful simulation and modeling capabilities provide organizations with the tools needed to learn how process and resource changes will impact their organizations. Through Insight360 Prism, process managers gain historic and real-time visibility into granular process performance metrics and variations, workloads and process participant allocation.

Enhancements to Insight360, an industry leading process intelligence and optimization platform, include:

  • Cross-Functional Process Collaboration—Process owners, architects and IT have the ability to collaborate on the actual impact of changes to the process execution environment.

  • Workforce Intelligence—This feature delivers real-time visibility and insight into current workloads and human resource utilization, enabling intelligent productivity metrics, improved management and real-time analysis. Round-Trip Modeling— When combined with Global 360’s Process360 BPM suite, users experience simplified workflow capabilities, increased analytics and a unique process modeling environment.

  • Wizard-Based Resource Capacity Planning—Work backlogs and process bottlenecks are reduced through the simulation of resource allocation and cross-functional process changes, allowing users to project the optimal amount of resources needed to meet predetermined goals.

“As organizations look to improve analytics and gather more information across functional boundaries, process and workforce intelligence technologies will prove instrumental in providing the information and management framework needed to more proactively affect change,” said Jim Sinur, chief strategy officer of Global 360. “Insight360 is a one-of-a-kind technology giving organizations the power to collect more information, become more agile and better manage end-to-end processes across the enterprise. Process and workforce intelligence technologies are fundamentally changing the BPM arena, and Global 360 is proud to deliver the solutions customers need most today to become more competitive.”
