The companies plan to jointly market Lombardi’s Teamworks® BPM and Siperian MDM Hub™ in order to deliver integrated workflow to address master data governance throughout the enterprise.

“Siperian’s open architecture allows for the integration of existing best-of-breed tools that customers have standardized on within their organization,” said Anurag Wadehra, Vice President, Marketing and Product Management at Siperian. “The combination of BPM and MDM technology offers customers an innovative, best-of-breed approach to enterprise-wide data governance. The proven integration of Teamworks with Siperian MDM Hub validates Siperian’s open architecture and flexibility — which are necessary requirements for meeting our customers' most demanding data governance needs.”

Siperian also announced today the release of Siperian MDM Hub XU (see release entitled Siperian Advances Master Data Management Innovation With Siperian MDM Hub XU -- Bolsters Data Governance Capabilities) the company’s latest master data management platform that includes enhanced and enterprise-wide data governance capabilities. Data stewards regularly interact with master data throughout the entire data lifecycle, reflecting the policies and business practices of the enterprise. Siperian MDM Hub provides application program interfaces (APIs) to manage workload distribution, assignment, state management and event routing. Business Process Management (BPM) and workflow tools are able to use these APIs to integrate with Siperian MDM Hub. The integration of Lombardi’s Teamworks BPM software with Siperian MDM Hub enables customers to achieve their master data governance best practices quickly and efficiently by using data governance workflow templates that Siperian will develop as part of this partnership.

“Siperian selected Teamworks for its ease of use, strong collaboration capabilities and its adherence to industry standards,” said Alan Godfrey, EVP Marketing and Business Development at Lombardi. “The combination of Lombardi with Siperian delivers the flexible and powerful workflow capabilities required for enterprise-wide data governance, and further validates our leadership in value added reseller (VAR) and OEM relationships for BPM.”
