In addition, Astadia can determine the quality and compliance of customer data, up front, to ensure future success with salesforce.com. The Pervasive Integration Engine™ gives Astadia another software-as-a-service (SaaS) tool to integrate CRM seamlessly into their customers’ business processes. Universal data integration and migration allow Astadia to consolidate CRM data from legacy systems into one instance of salesforce.com, thus ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for sales and marketing.

“We are very pleased to be working with one of the world’s leading salesforce.com implementation partners,” said Mike Hoskins, CTO and general manager, integration products for Pervasive Software. “The Pervasive universal integration platform is very well-suited to salesforce.com customers, not only because it ensures data integrity, but also because it supports the speed and economics of the SaaS model. Astadia is a key partner to help us provide data and application integration solutions to salesforce.com customers.”

Astadia recognizes the value of having quality data before rolling out a new instance of salesforce.com or consolidating a CRM solution for a client. Utilizing Pervasive® Data Profiler™, Astadia can check data quality and compliance with salesforce.com before deployment or re-implementation.

“Starting with clean data is one of the keys to a successful CRM implementation,” said J. Ernest Riddle, CEO, Astadia. “Pervasive Data Profiler allows Astadia to know what shape our customers’ data is in before we get started, so we have fewer surprises during implementation. With the integration engine, we can not only help our customers migrate clean data from legacy systems, we can also keep their data clean with integrated, on-demand data assessment and auditing services.”
