Cordys and SOA Software Announce Global Partnership

SOA Software, s provider of comprehensive SOA and Web services management, security, mediation and run-time governance solutions, and Cordys, a provider of next generation SOA technology, today announced a global partnership. The companies will work together to bring the most comprehensive SOA solutions possible to their respective worldwide audiences.

ebizQ received the following details:

"The combination of SOA Software's governance solution and Cordys' next generation SOA technology platform brings an extremely comprehensive SOA solution to the market," said Winfried van Holland, global vice president of marketing and product management of Cordys. "There is also great synergy in terms of our respective growth strategies -- both companies are well established in their home territories, and so are well placed to support each other's aggressive expansion plans."

"We are very pleased to announce that we will be working closely with a visionary organization like Cordys," said Roberto Medrano, executive vice president of SOA Software. "Cordys has an exceptional track record of meeting its customers' needs, and this partnership will deliver the highest possible quality solutions to the market."

Cordys' unified technology platform, based on a single architecture, presents a unique fusion of a SOA and an Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) based on a true Enterprise Service Bus (ESB). Cordys allows companies to integrate existing applications and systems, and to design, create and deploy new composite applications that better reflect the needs of the business. The Cordys platform includes Web Workplace, a web browser-based rich graphical user interface for composite applications, and a Business Process Management and Execution System (BPMS) that provides business people with the tools they need to graphically design, manage, execute and adapt business processes in a code-free environment.

SOA Software's Service Manager is the leading SOA Infrastructure solution offering mission critical management, security, and governance services to SOA platforms. The combination of the two companies' solutions makes for a compelling offering for customers looking to implement a complete SOA platform.
