ebizQ received the following details:

The initial pilot implementation is focused on automating and improving the Insolvency Practitioners’ processes.

“We selected TeamWorks after a competitive procurement process of BPM technologies,” said Allan Cook, Change Programme Manager at The Insolvency Service. “Lombardi’s product and BPM implementation methodologies best suited our needs as we look to improve our internal and customer-facing business processes.”

The aim of the Insolvency Service is to deal fairly and effectively with financial failure and corporate and individual malpractice. The Insolvency Service is a division of the Department of Trade & Industry (DTI) that supports the DTI's objective to 'create the conditions for business success; and helping the UK to respond to the challenge of globalisation.'

“Government agencies are quickly becoming process-driven” said Greg Pope, Vice President of European Operations at Lombardi. “We are proud to be selected by The Insolvency Service as the foundation of its efforts to modernise the way it conducts business through better process efficiency.”

TeamWorks is the leading BPM software platform for designing, executing, and improving business processes. The product is built on open standards and provides ongoing process visibility and control, increasing the speed and flexibility with which organisations can manage process activity and decision-making. TeamWorks includes a rich, cohesive Eclipse-based modelling environment for building all aspects of a business process, a highly collaborative Web-based work portal for process participants, and provides industry-leading optimisation technologies for analysing and improving business processes.
