Action Technologies, a firm specializing in increasing the productivity of knowledge workers, today announced that Process Solutions Pte. Ltd., (www.solutionsgroup.sg) a business process management solution provider based in Singapore, has joined Action’s Alliance Program. The company will develop solutions for the Asia-Pacific market based on Action's award-winning ActionWorks® suite.

Under terms of the agreement, Process Solutions will sell Action's software throughout the Pacific Rim, including Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea and India.

A release said that ActionWorks is the only BPM software that models the “natural” ways that knowledge workers interact, rather than the task-based methodology found in other packages. Because ActionWorks is based on a system of negotiations and commitments, accountability rests with individual performers, instead of “someone.”

The company added that it has won more than 15 major industry awards and has been placed in the “visionary” quadrant in the Pure-Play BPM Magic Quadrant released by Gartner, Inc. for the last two years.
