Former Canadian PM Takes Position at Integration Software Co. Teilhard

Ken Prather, CEO of Teilhard Technologies, announced today that The Right Honorable Brian Mulroney P.C., C.C., LL.D. has joined the company as a special advisor. Mr. Mulroney will provide strategic advice with a specific mandate to assist the Company in optimizing, for its shareholders, the value of its integration patents and software.
"The majority of the industry, their customers and industry analysts remain unaware of Teilhard and its patents. We are working towards educating the industry about the value of our software solutions and our unique position in the integration market space," said Ken Prather, CEO, Teilhard Technologies. Following his successful political career, including two terms as Prime Minister of Canada, Mr. Mulroney returned to his roots as a corporate lawyer with Ogilvy Renault. Mr. Mulroney is currently a director of Barrick Gold Corporation, Archer Daniels Midland Company, Cendant Corporation, Trizec Properties Inc, Quebecor Inc. and other leading companies. He also is a member of the International Advisory Council of J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. and acts as Senior Counselor to Hicks, Muse, Tate & Furst, a global private equity firm based in Dallas, Texas.
Teilhard Technologies has developed world-class integration software and announced the issuance of patents (filing date June 27, 1997) in the U.S. and in Canada on their system for transforming and exchanging data between heterogeneous computer systems and programs, associated with their JuxtaComm(tm) IP software. The company is currently negotiating licensing agreements with software development companies, systems integrators, VARs, and others that are using the Extract, Transform and Load method of integration in their practices.
