Lieberman Software Grows Worldwide Sales Through Expanded Global Partner Program

Company’s Channel Program Capitalizes on Increasing Demand for IT Security Solutions

Lieberman Software Corporation, the Pioneers of Privileged Identity Management, today announced another double-digit quarterly increase in international sales revenue.

ebizQ received the following:

The company attributes the growth to its budding channel partner program and increasing awareness among IT executives of the security risks of unmanaged privileged identities.

Lieberman Software is a technology leader in the fast-growing privileged identity management market with more than 20 years of innovation and over 900 enterprise customers worldwide. Its featured product, Enterprise Random Password Manager (ERPM), is the first privileged identity management solution that automates the tasks to locate, inventory, secure and manage the thousands of privileged passwords dispersed throughout the enterprise network. ERPM helps ensure that unauthorized users and malicious programs cannot gain access to systems with sensitive or proprietary data.

ERPM, along with Lieberman Software's Windows security management product line, is particularly well-suited to value-added resellers, integrators, and other indirect software channels because it is in demand by security-conscious enterprises in all vertical market segments worldwide.

Audrey Lyon, General Manager of Sales at Australia-based Aquion agrees, saying “with Lieberman Software’s ERPM our customers can automatically detect and manage their privileged passwords. This is important in the dynamic virtualized environments that many local financial institutions, government and telecommunications are implementing. Aquion’s offerings are best of breed, and Lieberman Software complements our existing governance, risk and compliance solutions.”

In addition to Aquion, other recent additions to Lieberman Software’s international partner program include NetBR and Secure1 Technology in Brazil, Nanjgel Solutions in Dubai, Magix Integration in South Africa, INSERTO AG in Switzerland, PRIOLAN and IBV Informatik GmbH in Germany and GE Multitech in the United Arab Emirates.

Lieberman Software continues to actively recruit qualified partners in select regions throughout the world in anticipation of its continued growth.

According to a July 2010 independent report conducted by Forrester Research, Inc. titled “Where in the World: A Structured Methodology For Prioritizing Geographic Market Entry,” more than 60 percent of business and government spending on IT technology products and services in 2010 is outside of North America. The report also states that “higher percentages of emerging-market IT decision-makers expect to increase their IT spending relative to their peers in the UK and US.”1

“Protecting privileged accounts against unauthorized access is one of the most common datacenter security challenges,” said Jess Richter, director of sales at Lieberman Software. “By offering the only product that can automatically track and manage privileged identities throughout the cross-platform enterprise we’re seeing rising demand for our solutions from organizations throughout the world. Our worldwide channel program has been a driving factor in our growth.”

Quick Guide: What is Enterprise 2.0?

A lot of people are talking about Enterprise 2.0 as being the business application of Web 2.0 technology. However, there's still some debate on exactly what this technology entails, how it applies to today's business models, and which components bring true value. Some use the term Enterprise 2.0 exclusively to describe the use of social networking technologies in the enterprise, while others use it to describe a web economy platform, or the technological framework behind such a platform. Still others say that Enterprise 2.0 is all of these things. Learn More
