Tranzact Improves Customer Engagement With Interactive Softworks’ Metaphor 3.0

This latest version of the software suite enables Tranzact to more easily design and manage sophisticated customer acquisition and social media initiatives for its clients across multiple communication channels. In addition to further streamlining processes and providing better visibility across internal operations, Metaphor 3.0 also enables Tranzact to improve the end-user experience with intuitive customer portals, enhance its outreach capabilities across more channels, and leverage Metaphor’s visual interaction and process design tools to introduce improvements into active initiatives.

Tranzact, a leader in providing customer acquisition technology solutions to the financial services, media and telecommunications sectors, first adopted Metaphor in 2001. The initial implementation enabled Tranzact to begin streamlining the organization’s processes and standardize data, realizing a 30 percent reduction in development costs. Metaphor 3.0 will further improve Tranzact’s ability to proactively respond to market changes quickly and efficiently, minimize risks and effectively engage with customers.

This new release includes a number of improvements such as quick-start templates, enhanced multi-channel engagement, workspace collaboration, cross-campaign visibility, and extended frameworks. Leveraging the unique operational capabilities of Metaphor, the 3.0 roll-out took place without any downtime or disruption to Tranzact’s existing 24x7 live programs, allowing the company to significantly minimize the risks to its normal business operations.

Metaphor 3.0 builds on the best aspects of business process management (BPM), customer relationship management (CRM), business intelligence (BI) and analytics, all in a single suite. The new version allows Tranzact to handle thousands of modifications to customer acquisition initiatives across a wide variety of communications channels, including web, mobile, voice, IVR, social media and others. Metaphor enables Tranzact to implement changes within a single implementation while leveraging existing systems, processes and capabilities for the fastest turnaround times and highest level of reuse.
