Company Acknowledged by Customers for Superior MDM Satisfaction

Data Foundations, Inc., a leading developer of enterprise data management and governance solutions, today announced that the company was ranked highest for MDM technology in The Information Difference's "The MDM Landscape Q2 2010" report released August 10, 2010.

ebizQ received the following:

Additionally, Data Foundations ranked highest in customer satisfaction among all twenty- one MDM vendors included in the annual round-up. To access the full report, click here.

“The master data management market continued to grow in 2009, despite the difficult economy, with vendors now recognizing that they need to manage different data domains within the same solution," wrote Andy Hayler, CEO of The Information Difference and author of the report. “Data Foundations has strong technology and had the happiest customers of all the vendors surveyed, which is a major achievement. This combination is what has led to their leading position in the “technology” dimension of our 2010 MDM Landscape.”

According to the report, general advancements in the MDM market include a surge of interest in data governance as companies start to move beyond initial MDM projects in one business area and need to tackle the business ownership and processes needed for cross-enterprise master data management.

Data Foundation’s master data management offering, OneData MDM, provides full lifecycle enterprise information management, governance and integration. Unlike other offerings, the solution allows OneData customers to create, enrich and deploy all types of shareable enterprise data including master data, reference data and metadata.

“We’re grateful for this independent validation, as well as the support of our customers,” commented Deepali Khanduja, Chief Architect at Data Foundations. “We believe it confirms OneData’s position as the most comprehensive and feature-rich multi-domain Master Data Management solution in the market today, which going forward will also be available to customers of our upcoming CDI/Customer Hub product.”
