“IBM is the market leader in providing solutions that help enterprise IT organizations deliver software faster and more efficiently, especially with cloud computing,” said Shridhar Mittal, CEO of iTKO. "We appreciate receiving wider access to IBM’s enterprise customer base including accounts in the financial services, telecommunication, energy, retail, and travel industries. LISA brings significant new capabilities into these accounts that help increase the overall value of the customer’s investment in IBM solutions. These capabilities include circumventing the delays and costs associated with dependency constraints in complex systems, and lowering development and delivery risks for highly distributed applications and cloud-based architectures.”

iTKO’s LISA complements IBM software products by eliminating critical development constraints using virtual service environments and improving middle-tier automation and validation for complex enterprise and cloud-based applications. LISA’s capabilities build upon IBM Rational’s market leading quality management products to make the software lifecycle more collaborative, productive, and transparent. The Ready for IBM Rational software validation provides a method to assure customers that LISA’s integration into IBM Rational’s collaborative application lifecycle management products meets IBM’s requirements for interoperability, safety and user experience.

“We are pleased to announce this validation between IBM and iTKO’s LISA,” said John Michelsen, iTKO’s Chief Scientist. “IBM is the most prevalent platform among our customers, and in response to their requests, LISA now integrates seamlessly with IBM Rational Quality Manager to deploy virtual service environments and automate application validation. We look forward to further integrating LISA into the IBM software portfolio and extending our capabilities to help IBM customers realize a net reduction in the cost and time it takes to release new application functionality.”
