Aviva Shares BPM Experiences at IRM BPM Europe 2009

Lombardi, a business process management (BPM) software company, today announced that one of its customers has been selected to present at the upcoming IRM UK BPM Conference Europe 2009.

The three day event will be held on 28 – 30 September, 2009 at the Radisson Portman SAS Hotel, London, UK. The theme of the conference is "Working Harder for Process and Performance Improvement."
Mr. Toby Redshaw, CIO at Aviva Group, has been selected as a keynote speaker by IRM UK to share his BPM experiences during the conference. The keynote session is entitled "Big and Agile," and will be held on Tuesday, 29 September, 2009 at 13:40 – 14:25 local time. During the session, Mr. Redshaw will share real-world insight on how companies can get started with BPM, how they should grow fast for maximum impact, and lessons learned from over four years in the trenches with modern BPM.
Additionally, Jim Rudden, Lombardi’s vice president of global marketing, will present "Eleven Habits for Highly Successful BPM Programs." During the session, Mr. Rudden will share important guidance for ensuring long-term BPM success with proven project development and deployment capabilities. The session will be held on Wednesday, 30 September, 2009 at 12:05 – 12:50 local time.
