Callidus Software Announces BPM Solutions for Incentive Management

08/05/2009

Callidus Software Inc. (NASDAQ: CALD), a Sales Performance Management (SPM) company, announced its BPM (Business Process Management) Solutions for Incentive Management.

ebizQ received the following:

Callidus BPM solutions support its customer’s requirements for “off-the-shelf” process and workflow applications. They enhance sales and operational productivity and reduce operational cost on a standardized, user-configurable, self-service workflow platform. Users can define, model, configure, deploy and optimize sales and operational processes on a single system to improve their organization’s incentive management initiative.

Callidus BPM Solutions for Incentive Management debuts four product offerings:

  • Sales Transaction Assignment provides a secure, self-service portal that enables sales entities to search for and submit claims ownership for sales transactions

  • Dispute Resolution offers sales, operations and management with a configurable workflow and self-service portal to submit, review, validate and correct large numbers of sales compensation disputes. This increases sales and organizational effectiveness and payee satisfaction

  • Sales Ops Workbench manages submissions and process changes for critical modifications to sales organizational hierarchies and account assignments. It also provides notification of new compensation plans, plan and policy changes, new SPIFs as well as other events related to sales compensation

  • Incentive Compliance provides an approval process that tracks and approves commission payment results to internal and external sales producers, to help avoid under or overpayments

“We are extremely excited about Callidus BPM Solutions for Incentive Management,” said Jimmy Duan, senior vice president of analytics, business process management and SaaS solutions at Callidus Software. “One of the major roadblocks for effective sales performance management is lack of ability and process to deal with dynamic business and organizational changes. Callidus BPM solutions help companies quickly establish business processes and systems to improve the execution of sales incentive programs. They give our customers the ability to serve their sales teams, producers, agents and channel partners with reduced cost.”

All modules are offered as both a solution suite or standalone solutions. They are fully integrated with Callidus’ industry-leading applications for Sales Performance Management.

Continues Duan: “These solutions facilitate collaboration and enforce compliance to company standards for increased visibility to sales reps, sales operations and sales management. They result in increased agility for business changes, improved motivation and satisfaction among the sales people, and reduced cost in serving the field. Since the solutions are built on a service-oriented architecture and user-configurable workflow engine, customers can deploy them quickly and achieve quick ROI.”
