Another View: SOA Opening Up Can of Worms in Organizations
Takeaway: As Larry Ellison reported, it will probably take 10-20 years before we really see the results of what we’re doing in SOA.  One big stumbling block is just because the underlying Web service communications allow you to communicate in a standard fashion doesn’t mean the systems or organizations you communicate to are following any standards internally. This is where the problems really start.
