Takeaway: As SOA has many moving parts, it is impossible to
'stage' an SOA environment for quality assurance. QA for SOA requires
visibility, an automated infrastructure for reuse of testing assets,
bottom-up quality, top-down quality, as much emulation as possible, and
constant improvement. Just as soon as the services are defined the quality
assurance process should begin.
