Eric Roch: SOA Survey Finds One Third Unhappy... An Information Week survey finds that while 58% of the respondents say SOA has met expectations, 32% say SOA has fallen short of expectations. It's actually surprising to me that only a third don't know how to implement SOA. Most new technologies have a steep learning curve - remember how many people were unhappy with ERP systems early and now virtually everyone is running SAP or Oracle apps.
