Will We Ever Get BI and CRM on the Go?
Takeaway: Several concerns are holding back BI and CRM adoption on mobile devices like the Blackberry, mainly the small screens and the limited power, memory and storage of the devices. Until there is a substantial upgrade in handheld devices (perhaps the iPhone, but the device hasn't really penetrated the enterprise), only the most time-critical apps will be used.
