Yefim Natis is a vice president and Gartner distinguished analyst in Gartner Research. Mr. Natis' research focuses on enterprise software infrastructure, including such technologies as application servers, application platform suites, integration middleware and TP Monitors. Mr. Natis also researches the fundamental software architectures, including event-driven architecture, service-oriented architecture and Web services, COM/COM+, .NET, J2EE and CORBA.

Rourke McNamara has over 15 years of experience in the software industry holding positions in Development, Consulting, Professional services, Product Management and Product Marketing. Rourke is currently head of Product Marketing at TIBCO Software and is in charge of the entire line of SOA, BPM, and CEP products. He holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
