Forrester recently asked over 160 enterprises in the US and UK about their BPM efforts to determine their level of success and found that BPM projects are indeed having a significant impact on the bottom line. What information can be gleaned from these most recent attempts to implement BPM? Specifically:

  • What are the critical success factors for BPM success?
  • What are the key BPM best practices?
  • What types of improvements can be expected by implementing BPM?
  • What role does organizational culture play?
  • Can BPM Centers of Excellence make a difference?

Keith Swenson, Fujitsu's Chief Architect, previews the world's first Automated Business Process Discovery Service Offering that helps companies visualize business processes and identify process bottlenecks.
