delivery of application software. Prior to Smallwood Maike, Deb served
as Chief Transformation Officer (CIO) for a P&C, mid-tier regional
carrier and was the Managing Director of the Insurance Practice at
TowerGroup.
Co-founder Cindy Maike brings clients a wealth of insurance and
financial services experience, grounded in the business but reaching
deeply into the technology. Maike previously held a variety of
leadership positions at IBM and ACORD, where she honed her skills in
business architecture, development/standards, global software
marketing, business strategy, management consulting, business
architecture, and IT strategy. She has also been and continues to be
an advocate and active participant in the development of insurance
industry business architecture, process modeling, and information
standards.
