Among today's "Stocks to Watch" list is a company called Evergreen Energy Inc., a cleaner coal technology, energy production and environmental solutions company focused on developing technologies.

Among Evergreen Energy's strengths, as observed by the analyst who compiled the report, is the fact that the company's software is "built on IBM's Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)." The company's GreenCert suite of software and services is an environment intelligence solution that measures greenhouse gases (GHG) and other environmental costs enabling customers to manage and report their environmental assets and liabilities.

In this blog (formerly known as "SOA in Action"), Joe McKendrick examines how BPM and related business and IT approaches can promote business transformation.
