July 08, 2008Got Enterprise 2.0 Case Studies?
Bill Ives at the FASTForward blog has posted about a new case study repository in progress for how enterprise 2.0 works in the industry and what best practices can boost the odds of success. A commenter also posted a link to the Headshift Wiki, which appears to have a similar goal.
The repository itself, called Cases 2.0 has 19 case studies, including from companies such as Oracle and Citrix, for how technologies like blogs, wikis, and social bookmarking worked in the Enterprise 2.0 setting. Visitors can submit their own case studies to the collection via a submission form at the site.
The Headshift Wiki has case studies and use cases split into categories, such as knowledge sharing, marketing, co-working, etc. and looks like an interesting read also.
And of course, if you're interested in more info on Enterprise 2.0, be sure to sign up for ebizQ's upcoming virtual conference.
