RightNow Continues to Lead Adoption of Software-as-a-Service By Enterprises and Large Government Agencies

RightNowA(R) Technologies today announced that it continues to lead the adoption of software-as-a-service with enterprise customers and large government agencies by uniquely providing the flexible deployment options, licensing models, upgrade choices, integration capabilities and customization these organizations require.RightNow's approach to the delivery of software-as-a-service has made it the market leader in large-scale implementations. More than half of RightNow's business currently comes from enterprises with $1 billion-plus in revenue and large government accounts. New, renewed and expanded enterprise customer relationships during the first quarter of 2006 included Electronic Arts, Overstock.com, Sharper Image, Ticketmaster, and Virgin America, Inc.
